This year we are also offering two Nutrition Focused Physical Exam workshops with Dr. John Bock. Session One is from 11:10- 12:30pm and Session 2 is from 1:30-2:50pm.

Description: Performing a nutrition-focused physical exam (NFPE) is a great way to gain more information when assessing your patient, resident or client. Unfortunately, many dietitians have never received training or don’t feel comfortable applying it in practice. Our NFPE assessment workshop is a hands-on, in-person workshop which includes demonstration of physical exam techniques and practice under the professional supervision of Dr. John Bock. Participants will be able to assess malnutrition characteristics, measure and assess vital signs, and obtain physical assessment skills. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, we invite you to attend our session  and incorporate NFPE into your daily assessments. Ticket price includes stethoscope and pen light for you to bring home. Space is limited.There is an additional $45 fee to attend. The fee includes a stethoscope and pen light.
